Salary Range

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Model Development and Implementation

Design, develop, and implement mathematical models using optimization, simulation, and statistical analysis techniques to solve complex business problems.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making processes.

Collaboration and Communication

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex analytical results into actionable business insights.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with emerging operations research methodologies and technologies, recommending improvements to existing analytical frameworks and processes.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in applied operations research or analytics.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in optimization software (CPLEX, Gurobi), programming languages (Python, R), and statistical analysis tools. Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms is strongly preferred.

Soft Skills

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated project management experience is a plus.
