About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted research, networking, and inbound lead management.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales process from initial contact and discovery to negotiation, contract signing, and seamless handoff to implementation teams.
  • Pipeline Development: Consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities valued at 3-5x your annual quota.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams on market needs, competitive movements, and customer trends.
  • Partnership Ecosystem: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry partners, integrators, and influencers to create referral channels.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a blend of strategic thinking and gritty execution. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven history of exceeding annual sales quotas (quantifiable results required).
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience. This role is bonus-eligible with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $150,000 to $200,000+ USD, based on the achievement of pre-defined sales metrics and company performance.
