What You’ll Do

• Operate your own commercial truck to transport freight across regional and interstate routes
• Manage your business independently while utilizing our load board and dispatch support
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Build relationships with customers and brokers for repeat business opportunities
• Track deliveries and manage paperwork efficiently

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
• Own a late-model semi-truck (2015 or newer preferred) that meets company standards
• Strong understanding of federal and state trucking regulations
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset

Equipment Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Tractor meeting EPA compliance standards
• Valid truck insurance (minimum $1M liability coverage)
• Mobile device with data plan for dispatch communication
• ELD-compliant logging device

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Salary Range

$150,000 – $300,000+ USD/year

As an Owner-Operator, your earnings are directly tied to your effort and business acumen. Top performers in our network consistently earn over $250,000 annually. You keep what you make after expenses, with no caps on your income potential.
