About This Position
The IT Assistant is an entry level opportunity and will be responsible for asssiting the IT Team. This role reports to the Director, IT. Respond to requests for technical assistance using the phone, and electronically through email and ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware (point of sale, computers, payment terminals) and software issues.
