About the Role

As our Senior Manager of Operations, you will be the strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes that directly impact our company's efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and processes.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale process optimization initiatives resulting in quantifiable cost savings or efficiency gains.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with operational frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
