Your Day-to-Day Impact:

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a compact multi-state license that includes GA.
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required. ACLS and/or PALS certification required for specific units (will be provided if eligible).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care hospital experience. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply for our dedicated residency program (please indicate interest).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, pharmacology, and patient assessment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with Epic or another major EHR system.
• Certifications in your specialty area (e.g., CEN, CCRN, MED-SURG).
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
