Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Execute comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately, adhering to all evidence-based practices and facility protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, specialists, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Provide critical patient and family education, fostering understanding and active participation in health management.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions meticulously in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Serve as a patient advocate and a mentor to new nurses and nursing assistants.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a compact multi-state license that includes GA.
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.
- Current BLS Certification required. ACLS and/or PALS certification required for specific units (will be provided if eligible).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care hospital experience. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply for our dedicated residency program (please indicate interest).
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, pharmacology, and patient assessment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with Epic or another major EHR system.
- Certifications in your specialty area (e.g., CEN, CCRN, MED-SURG).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
