About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Paralegal to join our expanding legal team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will work closely with supervising attorneys to provide comprehensive paralegal support across various legal matters including civil litigation, corporate law, and family law cases. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education and Certification

Bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered in lieu of formal certification.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting. Experience with litigation support and case management highly valued. Familiarity with remote work environments and digital collaboration tools is essential.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, or similar platforms. Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis, Westlaw, or comparable legal databases. Comfortable with electronic filing systems and document automation tools.
