About the Role

As a Remote Physical Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through progressive exercise programs using our secure video platform. You’ll collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and care coordinators to ensure seamless, outcomes‑driven care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow‑up virtual assessments for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post‑surgical conditions.
• Develop and document evidence‑based plans of care with measurable goals and timelines.
• Deliver live, one‑on‑one therapeutic exercise sessions via HIPAA‑compliant video conferencing.
• Monitor patient progress through remote monitoring tools and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self‑management strategies, ergonomics, and home‑exercise adherence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with state licensure and telehealth regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure by endorsement).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; telehealth experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a private, ergonomically sound workspace, and a webcam with microphone.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board‑certified clinical specialist (OCS, NCS, GCS, etc.).
• Experience with remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) codes and billing.

Salary Range
