Salary Range

$50,000 – $70,000 USD/year (based on experience and location)

About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children aged 0-18. You’ll collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to create personalized therapy plans. Using secure telehealth platforms, you’ll conduct virtual sessions, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet each child’s unique needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to engage young clients in a digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth and pediatric speech therapy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Education & Certification

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• ASHA certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in your state

Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working with children (preferred)
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, TheraPlatform)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
