Looking for a rewarding career behind the wheel with unmatched flexibility? We’re hiring Remote Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to join our expanding nationwide fleet. With competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and premium benefits, this is your opportunity to hit the open road on your own terms.

💰 Salary Range

$50,000 – $75,000 USD/year (depending on experience, routes, and performance bonuses). Independent owner-operators can earn significantly more based on miles driven and freight secured. Additional incentives include quarterly performance bonuses and safety milestone rewards.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to operate as remote, home-based independent contractors within our trusted network. As a remote driver, you will manage your own schedule, choose preferred lanes and routes, and maintain full autonomy over your work-life balance while delivering freight that keeps the nation moving.

This role is ideal for seasoned CDL holders who want the freedom of being their own boss without sacrificing the support and revenue consistency of a established carrier. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods, pre-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate logs — all from the comfort of your home base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty tractor-trailer vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local DOT regulations
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety
  • Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and shipping documentation
  • Deliver freight safely and on schedule across designated regional and national routes
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding delivery status and any issues
  • Manage fuel stops, weigh station check-ins, and route planning independently
  • Report and document any vehicle maintenance needs or roadside incidents promptly

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A or CDL-B) with hazardous materials endorsement preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience driving heavy or tractor-trailer trucks
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical examination and random drug and alcohol screenings
  • Strong knowledge of GPS navigation, ELD systems, and electronic logging platforms
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable personal vehicle maintenance resources and proof of insurance

Benefits

Why Join Our Remote Fleet?

  • Complete Work-from-Home Freedom: No terminal reporting required — operate as a home-based independent driver
  • Competitive Pay & Weekly Settlements: Earn top dollar with fast, transparent payment cycles
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose your own routes, miles, and availability — work as much or as little as you want
  • Health & Wellness Perks: Access to discounted health insurance plans and wellness programs
  • Fuel Discounts: Significant fuel savings through our nationwide fuel card program
  • Equipment Support: Options for lease-purchase programs and trailer allowances
  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Always covered with dedicated support available around the clock
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to upgrade to specialized freight, team driving, or fleet management roles

What Makes This Role Unique

Unlike traditional trucking jobs that lock you into rigid schedules and terminal check-ins, our Remote Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver program puts you in the driver’s seat — literally and figuratively. You operate independently from your home base, giving you the lifestyle flexibility that modern drivers deserve. Whether you prefer running local routes or heading cross-country, you have the power to shape your career and income on your own terms.

We treat our drivers like partners, not employees. That means transparent communication, honest earnings, and a team that genuinely cares about your success and well-being on the road.
