About the Role

As a Remote Shift Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our virtual service center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual huddles at the start of each shift to communicate goals, updates, and motivational messages.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Escalate technical or procedural issues to the appropriate support teams and follow up to resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily shift reports and present insights to senior management during weekly operations reviews.

Requirements
