What You Will Do

- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, constraints, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop decision-support tools, executive dashboards, and scenario analyses.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Measure the financial and operational impact of implemented solutions.
- Partner with operations, finance, technology, and strategy teams to define objectives and success metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in operations research, decision science, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Excel, or another analytical programming environment.
- Working knowledge of linear programming, integer optimization, simulation, regression, forecasting, or Monte Carlo methods.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
- A reliable home internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Estimated Salary Range
