About the Role

Apex Ventures is seeking a dynamic Venture Partner to lead sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for early‑stage technology companies. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential investment opportunities across SaaS, fintech, health tech, and emerging tech sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and market due diligence, preparing investment memos for senior partners.
• Lead board meetings and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, focusing on growth hacking, fundraising, and operational scaling.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective founders, leveraging personal networks and industry events.
• Represent Apex Ventures at virtual conferences, webinars, and industry meetups to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Professional Experience

Candidates must have a proven track record in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a senior operating role within a high‑growth startup. At least 8‑10 years of experience in deal sourcing, financing, and portfolio management is required. Prior success in raising capital or leading exit events is highly advantageous.

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical acumen with the ability to dissect complex financial models and market data. Exceptional communication skills for pitching to founders and limited partners. Compensation

Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 USD/year, plus performance‑based carried interest and equity participation that can significantly augment total earnings.
