Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications & Credentials

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent credential appropriate for substance abuse counseling.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in addiction treatment or co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology, including platforms such as Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me, or similar secure systems.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in virtual settings.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary Range
