About the Role

As a Remote Commissioning Manager, you will own the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle for capital projects, retrofits, and critical upgrades across multiple sites. From pre-commissioning checklists to final performance validation, you will orchestrate workflows that align engineering, operations, contractors, and vendors around shared milestones. Your leadership ensures that systems start safely, perform predictably, and meet design intent without costly rework or delays.

Scope and Scale

You will manage concurrent commissioning campaigns spanning industrial, commercial, and infrastructure environments. While the role is fully remote, you will plan and oversee site-specific activities through disciplined virtual collaboration, digital twins, live data dashboards, and targeted field visits when essential. By standardizing methods and checklists, you will reduce variability, accelerate time-to-revenue, and elevate quality across portfolios.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline; professional certifications in commissioning or project management strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive commissioning experience, including leadership of multi-site or large-capital programs.
• Proven ability to direct pre-commissioning, functional testing, and performance validation across mechanical, electrical, control, and safety systems.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders in matrixed, high-pressure environments.
• Strong familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks governing system startup and handover.

Salary Range
