Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Support ongoing litigation by preparing case strategies, conducting research, and coordinating with paralegals and legal staff.
• Maintain client confidentiality while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on evolving legal precedents and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of professional experience in corporate law, litigation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for client interactions and court proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $95,000 USD/year

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
