Clinical Partner/Medical Assistant

HarmonyCares is seeking a Clinical Partner/Medical Assistant to support our home-based primary care and palliative care teams, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will assist providers with patient assessments, obtain vital signs, perform basic tests, and document care in the EMR.
