Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and on-site facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Create, prioritize, and track work orders using maintenance management software.

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce emergency repairs and prolong asset lifespan.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar software platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites occasionally (travel expenses covered).

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position with core availability hours from 9 AM to 3 PM in the applicant’s local time zone.
