Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI applications that enhance customer engagement and automate complex workflows.
• Design end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.).
• Define data pipelines to securely move Salesforce data to AWS for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Establish AI governance, model monitoring, and performance optimization standards.
• Mentor and lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Flow, and Einstein AI.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation).
• Proven track record designing generative AI or large language model (LLM) applications in production.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Platform Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
