Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and specialized laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Lead small projects such as equipment upgrades, space reconfigurations, and energy‑efficiency initiatives.
- Document all work orders, maintenance logs, and safety inspections in the CMMS system.
- Provide on‑call support for emergency repairs and after‑hours incidents.
Required Qualifications
