Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data engineering, machine‑learning pipelines, and AI‑driven analytics supporting rocket design, manufacturing, and flight operations.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing engineering team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders in propulsion, structures, and launch services to integrate AI insights into decision‑making workflows.
• Establish best‑in‑class data governance, security, and compliance practices across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing data‑intensive and AI initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Python, Java/Scala, SQL, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
