Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle for assigned property sites.

• Enter invoice data promptly into the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and correct errors.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide timely status updates.
• Prepare regular AP reports and support month‑end close activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on accounts payable experience, preferably in real‑estate or property management.
• Proficient with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with vendors and internal teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
