Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed‑asset schedules, perform depreciation calculations, and support asset disposals.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc financial reports for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating data and monitoring budget vs. actual performance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls and corporate financial policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audit preparation and provide required documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2‑4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or services industry.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
