Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of insurance clients, providing tailored solutions across personal and commercial lines.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referral programs.
• Analyze risk, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms with carriers to secure optimal coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
• Collaborate with internal underwriters, claims specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual production targets and contribute to branch growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Valid producer or broker license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain one quickly).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, health, and life insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
