Key Responsibilities

• Process acquisition transactions promptly to get properties listed on the market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and internal teams throughout the settlement timeline.
• Review, enter, and verify contracts and settlement statements in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and attorneys to resolve any issues that could delay closing.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare and distribute settlement updates and closing documents to all parties.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, recommending process improvements.

Qualifications
