Harpak‑ULMA is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician in Taunton, MA to service and repair advanced packaging machinery, including multi‑head weighers, while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel 70‑85% of the time to customer sites across New England.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain multi‑head weighers and related packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades.
• Provide on‑site training and technical assistance to customers.
• Document service reports, parts usage, and warranty claims accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of field service experience with industrial packaging machinery.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Compensation & Benefits
