Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite conventional and FHA loan applications, ensuring compliance with Dodd‑Frank, CHUMS, and investor guidelines.
• Analyze credit reports, income documentation, asset statements, and property appraisals to assess borrower risk.
• Make credit decisions, set loan terms, and communicate outcomes to loan officers and borrowers.
• Maintain accurate records in the underwriting system and prepare detailed audit trails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of conventional underwriting experience.
• At least 2 years of FHA underwriting experience.
