Join Cognizant as a Healthcare Product Consultant – Medicare, working remotely from Five Points, Wake County, US. You will advise payer clients on implementing the TriZetto Elements suite for government‑sponsored health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide healthcare payer clients through the end‑to‑end implementation of TriZetto Elements for Medicare and other government programs.
• Configure enrollment, reconciliation, and claims processing modules to meet client specifications.
• Conduct functional and technical workshops, creating documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless go‑live transitions.
• Provide post‑implementation support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare payer systems, preferably TriZetto Elements.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Compensation

Annual salary: $103,734.21 (fixed).
