Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business units.
• Conduct data imports, exports, and regular data quality audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist with system integrations and third‑party app installations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end‑users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred.
