Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior partners in defending general liability and toxic tort claims across federal and state courts.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate docketing, and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and third‑party consultants to develop case strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
