Field Technician

Anchor QEA is hiring a full‑time Environmental Field Technician in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, MA. This regular, non‑exempt role offers an hourly rate of $25.00 – $27.50 and involves supporting environmental projects across the Northeast and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site environmental sampling, monitoring, and data collection.
• Prepare and submit field reports, sample logs, and quality‑control documentation.
• Operate and maintain field equipment such as GPS units, air‑sampling pumps, and water‑testing kits.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Travel to various project locations throughout the Northeast and, when required, to other U.S. sites.
• Assist in health‑ and safety protocols, including PPE usage and site safety meetings.
