NavitasPartners is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on MLOps, Generative AI, and next‑generation agentic AI systems in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy scalable ML and Generative AI solutions across cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines, automation frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Lead a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Ensure model governance, monitoring, and performance optimization in line with enterprise standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and propose innovative approaches to enhance AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on MLOps and cloud deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion) and agentic AI concepts.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
