ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development is hiring a Summer Student to support its Development team in Mississauga, Peel region. This paid, seasonal role (CAD 38,584 – 45,406) focuses on donor outreach and event assistance for the Marketplace on Main Street.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Development Manager in planning and executing the Marketplace on Main Street event scheduled for November 2025.
• Research, contact, and thank existing donors while identifying new fundraising prospects.
• Prepare and personalize donor communications, including letters, emails, and acknowledgement packages.
• Support the creation of promotional materials and social‑media content for community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system and generate regular reports for the Development team.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff on special projects, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach events.
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (e.g., Business, Communications, Non‑profit Management) or recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with donors and community members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
