Contexture is seeking a Director, Integrations to lead technical integration strategy for its virtual office team, based in Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This full‑time, exempt role offers a monthly salary between $10,417 and $12,084.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the integration roadmap, aligning with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver seamless API, data, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Integrations and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Establish best practices, governance, and security standards for all integration projects.
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑availability of integration services.
• Mentor and develop integration staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software integration, API design, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership experience managing integration teams in a fast‑paced, virtual environment.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, middleware platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
