Job Summary

Personal Lines Insurance Broker (Remote) with YouSet, based in Canada. Work 100% remotely or from a downtown Montreal office, serving clients internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal lines insurance solutions to individuals and families, including home, auto, and travel coverage.
• Maintain compliance with RIBO and/or AMF licensing requirements.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with underwriters and support teams to tailor policies to client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Current RIBO and/or AMF license as an Insurance Broker or Agent.
• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales or brokerage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in insurance platforms and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
