Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new mid‑market nonprofit accounts across the United States.
- Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to meet each organization’s fundraising, marketing, and volunteer‑management needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue accurately, and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless client transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay current on nonprofit sector trends and competitor offerings to position Virtuous as the preferred platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to nonprofit or mid‑market organizations.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote‑friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
