Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and detail structural components for ASRS facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and client specifications.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.
- Perform load calculations, seismic and wind analysis, and develop construction documents.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and accuracy.
- Utilize BIM and advanced modeling software to produce 3D visualizations and clash detection.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 5+ years experience in structural design, specifically with ASRS or industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, SAP2000, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of AISC, ASCE, and local building codes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
