Key Responsibilities

• Manage case files from client intake through trial, ensuring accurate organization and timely updates.
• Draft and proof correspondence, legal documents, and detailed reports for attorneys and clients.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination.
• Coordinate administrative functions, monitor deadlines, and maintain strict adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and track undertakings lists, follow up on productions, and ensure compliance with court orders.
• Maintain the litigation calendar, schedule hearings, and bring forward critical dates.
