Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of field service and alarm technicians, ensuring timely and efficient system installations and service calls.
• Conduct regular quality checks and provide hands‑on coaching to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling, routing, and resource allocation to maximize team productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of job sites, service reports, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with training teams to deliver ongoing technical and customer‑service training.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3‑5 years experience supervising field technicians in telecommunications, security, or related services.

Compensation & Benefits
