Job Summary

NavitasPartners is hiring a National Senior Account Manager – IT Contract Staffing to work from Quincy, Norfolk County, US. This full‑time, hybrid/remote role focuses on managing and expanding enterprise IT contract staffing accounts nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients across the United States.
• Drive the full sales cycle for IT contract staffing solutions, from prospecting to contract negotiation and renewal.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and cross‑sell additional staffing services.
• Collaborate with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform pricing and service offerings.
• Represent NavitasPartners at industry events and client meetings, reinforcing brand reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior account management or sales leadership within IT contract staffing or related technology staffing services.
• Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts and exceeding revenue goals.
• Deep understanding of the IT talent market, including skill sets, rates, and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation

Base salary: $86,296.50 annually (fixed). Additional performance‑based incentives may be available.
