Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test security alarm panels, IP surveillance cameras, and access control hardware.
• Maintain Layer 1 distribution and transport infrastructure, including fiber and copper cabling.
• Support Layer 2 transport and network access for security devices.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of customer premise equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document all work performed, update schematics, and provide as‑built records.
• Restore buildings and grounds after service activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to meet project schedules and quality goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with security alarm, video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI layers 1‑2) and cabling practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently on customer sites and adhere to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
