About This Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and analyze quantitative studies evaluating health care interventions, policies, and programs.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, psychologists, economists, sociologists, data scientists, and public‑health experts to integrate multidisciplinary perspectives.
  • Develop and maintain advanced statistical models, predictive analytics, and machine‑learning pipelines using tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports, policy briefs, and peer‑reviewed publications for stakeholders, funders, and academic audiences.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to partner organizations on research methods, data management, and evidence‑based decision making.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting applied quantitative research in health‑care settings.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SAS, Stata) and data‑visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of health‑care systems, quality measurement, cost analysis, and access issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with large administrative claims datasets, electronic health records, or patient‑reported outcome measures.
  • Background in experimental or quasi‑experimental design, causal inference, and health‑economics modeling.
  • Publication record in peer‑reviewed journals or presentations at professional conferences.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $96,100 – $128,100 per year, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
