Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and security of VA applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development teams to ensure rapid feedback.
• Conduct code reviews, perform root‑cause analysis of defects, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA leads to define quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation of test results, defects, and test coverage metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Proven experience building and executing automated test suites for complex, enterprise‑level applications.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Public Trust (MBI) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Veteran status is highly encouraged but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on government or healthcare software projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, NUnit, or similar testing frameworks.
