About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our expanding telehealth team. In this remote position, you will provide skilled nursing care and patient education to individuals in their homes through virtual consultations and follow-up care. Requirements

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical, geriatric, or home health care settings
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills with the ability to make sound clinical judgments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration

• Current CPR certification and BLS certification required

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year
