About This Position

Rise is seeking an Account Executive in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia to drive sales of its all‑in‑one people management platform. This role offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $75,000 and the chance to shape the future of work for Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new mid‑market and enterprise accounts across Canada.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demos and tailored presentations that highlight Rise’s payroll, scheduling, time‑tracking, benefits, recruitment and onboarding solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline health and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities; fluency in English.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
