Job Summary
The Pricing Analyst role at US Foods is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County, MO. You will execute pricing strategy at the distribution‑center level to support margin goals and local go‑to‑market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for the St. Louis distribution center to meet company margin targets.
- Manage the Daily Sales Below Cost (DSBC) process, identifying and acting on margin improvement opportunities.
- Review, update, and maintain price lists, ensuring accuracy across all product categories.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align pricing with market conditions and promotional plans.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to support data‑driven pricing decisions.
- Prepare pricing reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with US Foods pricing policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current US Foods employee (internal applicants only).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or pricing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation
Salary: $79,937.13 per year (fixed). This position is 100% onsite at the St. Louis, MO office.
