Job Summary

Heartland FPG is seeking a Blending Specialist – Liquids for the 3rd Shift at its Indianapolis, Marion County facility. This role supports the production of low‑calorie sweeteners, coffee, creamers and liquid water enhancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor liquid blending equipment during the night shift.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product quality, consistency, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine line checks, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain target specifications.
• Record batch data, complete production paperwork, and report any deviations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to GMP and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in liquid blending, food manufacturing, or related CPG environment.
• Ability to read and interpret batch records, formulas, and safety data sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently on the night shift.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment monitoring.
