About This Position
PSB Insights is hiring a Data Analyst (Temp to Hire) in Whittier, Los Angeles County, CA. This hybrid role (2‑3 days onsite) focuses on unstructured data analytics, blending AI‑enabled methods with traditional analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze unstructured data sources such as text, audio, and video.
- Develop and implement AI‑driven models to extract insights for internal research and client projects.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to design analytical frameworks.
- Prepare visual dashboards and reports that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain data quality standards and document analytical processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working with unstructured data and analytical tools.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
