Job Summary

Ocean Front Counseling is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children diagnosed with Autism in Salisbury, Wicomico County, MD. This full‑time role offers a salary of $59,551.48 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress, behavior incidents, and skill acquisition.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions, reinforcing target skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals and modify interventions based on data trends.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children and families.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team about progress and recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong observational, data‑collection, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel within Salisbury and surrounding areas, reliable transportation required.
• Background check and CPR/First Aid certification may be required.
