Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple social‑service programs (Head Start, Upward Bound, veterans services, homeless shelters, etc.).
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track outcomes and performance metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with program managers, funders, and IT staff to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare concise executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, SOPs, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the nonprofit or human services sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with data‑warehousing concepts.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits
