Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple social‑service programs (Head Start, Upward Bound, veterans services, homeless shelters, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track outcomes and performance metrics.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with program managers, funders, and IT staff to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare concise executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of data processes, SOPs, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the nonprofit or human services sector.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with data‑warehousing concepts.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits
